I first answered request for help on 29 August by Rob Kline, as I was the technical lead for Tsunami Help Blog during the first week of development

Worked on posting stuff on KatrinaHelp at early stage, then later liaised with internet2 folks to secure server resources for the wiki, where it is currently hosted.

Moved on to help fellows develop ThinkNola (http://www.Thinknola.com/wiki), scraping the template from this resource and generally supporting group processes

TASK IN HAND: Locate and coord shelter data and contacts I am going to create a template communication and data set for all shelters, I can find ways of disseminating it to make sure the shelters contact us. But I am in Asia. I need a local contact to take/make phone calls where the contacts cannot be reached online. so someone with a phone and willing to be taking on this task
