ouletovierc hi diane, i'm carolyn (it's just me), i think we're working on the same page 42, i just wanted to let you know, i had skipped an entry "Elderly couple in dire need of help " becuase it was an emergency request for help. i was waiting for an answer from the project management for direction. they did not have any. So i have now followed up on it today by making an entry for these people, and sending various emails to red cross and a fire department. hopefully it will turn out okay. I will sign out of this Claim now. I hope it works. I don't quite understand how this part works. Thanks. :)
